Our story
Built by someone who lived the problem
Alan Riddle, a father of four, had his AC back up twice. Both times it flooded his son's bedroom ceiling and cost him thousands in repairs, lost time, and inconvenience. The unit was in the attic, and the condensate line was hard to service and impossible to monitor.
The turning point
"He couldn't find anything that let him inspect and clear the line and verify it was done properly, so he built one."
He kept thinking there had to be a better way: see inside the line, clean it with air and water, vacuum toward the pan, and confirm it was actually clear. Years of research turned that question into a hardware-store prototype in his attic. That prototype became the AC Drain Wiz Mini, then a full line of drain maintenance and overflow protection products built for how technicians work in the field. We're still building for everyone who refuses to accept there isn't a better way.
