The sensor responds to high water in the drain line.
Remote monitoring and service alerts (WiFi model) depend on proper installation, power configuration, and connectivity. If the WiFi sensor is offline or misconfigured, alerts may not arrive.
Regular HVAC maintenance is still required. The sensor does not replace routine line cleaning.
